Strategic operator for the founder. IB analyst or junior associate background. Hold the pen on board materials, partnership economics, and the operating cadence of an early-stage fintech.
Eight years of fintech-grade engineering. Own the lending platform end-to-end. Lead 4–6 engineers. Drive integrations with partner banks. Premier programme + deep RBI digital lending fluency.
Four to five years of fintech UX. Own the product surface — cards, expense, factoring, dashboards. Senior IC with leadership scope. A portfolio that shows shipped work, not Dribbble shots.
We are hiring three people who would rather build the thing than write the memo about the thing. The bar is high; the room is good.

A small, paid take-home shaped to the role — a model for CoS, a system design for Engineering, a UX critique for Design. Time-boxed to under a working day.
Nexo is the financial operating system for India's small and medium businesses — corporate cards, expense management, and instant working capital, delivered through the banks SMBs already trust. Built bank-led, not direct-to-business; capital-light, compliance-first, India-first.
You will join in the founding era. Twelve corporates and several thousand active users live. Bank partnerships moving. The 2026 Fellowship cohort starts in August. The product surface is open; the architectural choices are still being made; the company is still small enough that what you do will visibly matter.
All three roles are hybrid. Three days a week in person, two remote, for the first six months — then negotiable. Travel to bank partners in Mumbai and Delhi is occasional but expected.
Cash + equity, both meaningful. We pay at or above market for the right person. We will share the band on the second call once we have read your application.
As soon as we find the right person. Not before. We would rather wait two months for the right hire than fill the role with someone we will need to manage out.
